What we store
- Enquiries (contact, property enquiry, viewing, valuation): name, email, phone (optional), your message, the property you ask about, preferred viewing time, language and timestamp.
- Property alerts (“Follow this property”) and saved searches: email, language, the property reference or your search filters, and when you subscribed and confirmed.
- Newsletter: email, language and interests.
- Consent: the text you agreed to, the time, and an anonymised (hashed) value of your IP address as evidence and to prevent abuse.
- We use no tracking cookies. Favourites and comparisons are stored only in your own browser.
Purpose and legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and help you buy or sell a property (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) – steps prior to entering a contract).
- To send property alerts and the newsletter, only with your explicit, double-confirmed consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To protect our forms against spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest).
Processors
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) sends our emails and stores the newsletter mailing list. Data is processed in the EU.
- IONOS (Spain/EU) hosts the website and database on a server in the EU.
- Property data is supplied by Resales Online; no personal data is shared with them.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Alerts and newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
Unsubscribing and your rights
Every email has a one-click link to unsubscribe or manage your subscriptions. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. Write to cemil@kantur.dk. You can complain to the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es) or your local data protection authority.
